Privacy Policy

Who operates this site
floatygames is operated by TODAUD. This policy explains how information is handled when you use floatygames.com. For privacy questions or requests, contact contact@todaud.kr.
Game progress and browser storage
You can play without an account. Game results, best scores, play counts, recently shown cards, and your light or dark theme preference are stored in your browser using local storage. The current site does not upload this saved game history to a player database or publish it on a leaderboard.
Local storage remains until you clear this site’s data, your browser removes it, or the site replaces older entries. The site keeps up to 100 recent results and 100 recently shown card identifiers. You can remove these records and preferences through your browser’s site-data settings; doing so resets your saved progress.
Hosting and technical requests
Cloudflare hosts and delivers this site. When you visit, your browser sends information needed to deliver and protect the service, such as your IP address, requested URL, request time, browser information, and technical headers. Cloudflare may process connection and security information to operate its network and prevent abuse.
Hosting and email providers may process information in countries other than your own. Provider-held technical records follow the relevant provider’s policies and retention practices. We do not promise that visiting the site creates no server logs.
Images, game data, and external links
Most game data and optimized images are served from this site. Some Pokémon card images are loaded directly from external services, including TCGplayer and Pokémon TCG API image servers. Those services receive the connection information needed to serve the image, including your IP address and browser headers; a referring site address may also be sent according to browser policy.
Data collection for price and comparison snapshots runs separately from your visit and does not send your local game history to those data providers. If you follow a source or credit link, the destination site’s privacy practices apply.
Feedback and sharing
Feedback opens a draft in your email app. The draft contains your message and the current page URL; nothing is sent until you send it from your email app. If you send it, we receive your email address, message, and any information you include. We use this information to respond, investigate problems, and maintain the service. Please avoid sending sensitive information.
We retain correspondence while needed to handle the request, resolve related issues, or meet applicable obligations, then delete it when no longer needed. You can ask about access or deletion using the contact address above.
Sharing copies a game link or result to your clipboard, or opens your device’s share menu. A chosen recipient or sharing service receives only what you choose to share, subject to that service’s policies.
Advertising, cookies, and analytics
As of the update date above, the site does not run Google AdSense advertisements or a visitor analytics script. The game itself uses local storage for the features described above and does not set advertising cookies.
If Google advertising is introduced, we will update this policy and provide any required consent controls before activating it. Google and other advertising vendors may then use cookies to serve ads based on visits to this and other websites. Google’s advertising cookies can enable Google and its partners to personalize ads. Personalized advertising choices are available through Google’s ad settings; participating third-party vendors also provide opt-out choices.
The following links explain those future advertising choices. They do not mean that Google advertising is currently enabled on floatygames.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can clear local progress using your browser’s site-data settings, avoid sending feedback, and choose whether to share a result. Blocking local storage may prevent progress and preferences from being saved, but you can still play.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of personal information, or to complain to your local privacy regulator. Email contact@todaud.kr to make a request. We may need to verify that the request concerns your information. We cannot retrieve game history that exists only in your browser.
Children and future changes
The site has no account registration and does not ask players for their age or personal profile. Children should avoid sending personal information in feedback. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
If accounts, public rankings, statistics, advertising, or other data-handling features are introduced, we will update this policy and provide appropriate notices and controls before those features collect information. The update date at the top identifies the current version.
